The letter of condolences issued by the Leader of the Islamic Revolution is as follows:
In the name of Allah, the most beneficent the Merciful
I extend my condolences on passing away the tireless freedom fighter Mr Ahmad Jibril to the Palestinian people, all the freedom fighters, activists in the field of the Palestinian struggle, to all the elements of the resistance in the West Asian region and his beloved ones.
Indeed, this brave and hard-working man has spent his life fighting for his usurped and oppressed homeland. May Almighty Allah grant an excellent reward for him and bestow him by His mercy and forgiveness.
